A delicious hand-made, moist, gluten free, frozen, round, carrot cake, which serves 14 pre-portioned slices. Filled and topped with sweet frosting and decorated with a sprinkling of hazelnut pieces, this is a 1.7kg catering size cake. Defrost in two hours and use within 72 hours of defrosting. Reduce waste and provide better portion control with this pre-portioned gluten free, frozen carrot cake.
