Caterfoods 60% vegetable fat spread is made with buttermilk. A buttery spread which is great for baking or spreading but not for frying. This spread is similar to margarines, but with less fat and less saturated fat than most butters. Suitable for vegetarians. Each tub is 2kg. There are 6 tub in each 12.7kg wholesale bulk pack.
Vegetable oils (rapeseed oil, palm oil, sunflower oil), water, salt, emulsifier (mono- and diglycerides of fatty acids), BUTTERMILK powder (0,5%), preservative (potassium sorbate), acid (citric acid), natural flavour, vitamins (A, D3), colour (beta carotene).
